Please note that credits, subscriptions, and video generation services are digital goods. By purchasing credits or subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales of credit packages are final
  • Credits are deducted immediately upon successful video generation
  • You are responsible for monitoring your credit balance and usage

Refund Eligibility

We may consider refund requests in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues: If a video generation fails due to a system error on our end, and credits were deducted, we will refund the deducted credits to your account
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate transaction(s)
  • Service Not Delivered: If you purchased credits but they were not added to your account due to a payment processing error, we will either add the credits or issue a full refund
  • First-Time Purchaser: If you're a first-time customer and have used less than 20% of your purchased credits, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • Buyer's Remorse: Simply changing your mind about the purchase
